Dispatch Time
Orders are processed for dispatch within 2-4 working days. The cut off for next day delivery is 10.30am (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Time
- Shipping £3.95 + VAT for orders with a basket value below £9.99 excluding VAT
- Standard delivery orders will be delivered within 2-4 days, next day delivery £5
- FREE delivery on orders over £9.99 excluding VAT.
Couriers
As soon as your order is processed for dispatch we email you the tracking number. You can also see the tracking number in the My Orders section of our website. Smaller orders are dispatched with UPS and larger orders on a pallet with Taylors Pallet Network who partner with the Fortec Pallet Network that is part of the Pall-Ex Group. Returns
Damaged & Faulty
Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. Please write to us at awa@krava.co.uk to get your issue swiftly resolved.
